What Happens in a Session?

Every session is personalized to your needs, goals, and daily activities.

We begin by exploring how you move, sit, stand, walk, and respond to everyday tasks. Using gentle hands-on guidance and clear verbal instruction, I help you become aware of habits that may be creating unnecessary tension, discomfort, or inefficient movement.

Together, we'll experiment with new ways of moving that encourage greater ease, balance, and coordination. As your awareness grows, you'll learn practical skills you can apply throughout your day—whether you're working, exercising, performing, or simply going about everyday life.

This workshop is designed to help those who struggle with physical imbalance find grounded ease, effortless balance, and pain-free support in their bodies. It’s based on understanding how your muscular-skeletal system is naturally designed to support you. Through guided exercises and body awareness techniques, you’ll learn to improve your posture and movement patterns, making everyday activities more comfortable and secure. We hold these session on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

One of the main focuses of the workshop is the Alexander Technique—a method that enhances body awareness and helps reduce unnecessary tension. By learning this technique, you can experience the benefits of better posture and ease of movement, especially if you deal with back pain, scoliosis, or poor posture.
